WYCLEF SUED BY BLAZHAY BLAZHAY

Hip-hop star WYCLEF JEAN has been hit with copyright infringement by 1990s rap duo BLAZHAY BLAZHAY.
The pair claims the Hips Don't Lie hitmaker sampled their 1995 hit Danger in his 2007 song Welcome To The East without the group's permission.
The duo, comprising of DJ PF Cuttin' and MC Out Loud, recently filed a lawsuit against Jean and executives at his record label Sony BMG in Manhattan Federal Court in New York. They are seeking unspecified damages for the alleged violation.
