WYCLEF GIVES A FAN THE CHANCE TO SING

Former FUGEES star WYCLEF JEAN gave an unknown singer a unique chance to showcase her talents - by pulling her on stage during a gig and handing her his microphone. Melina Bruhn's wild dancing caught Jean's eye during his performance at the Vail Hold 'Em Poker Tournament in New York last week (16Oct07). The star brought her up on stage and Bruhn used the opportunity to take his mic and belt out a version of Cuban anthem Guantanamera. She says, "It was a total shock. My sister invited me to the party and I was dancing like a nut. Wyclef just pulled me up to dance, so I had to take my chance and go for it."
