WRIGHT PENN FILES FOR DIVORCE

ROBIN WRIGHT PENN has followed through with her plans to end her marriage to SEAN PENN - the actress has filed for divorce.
The couple has endured a roller-coaster relationship since exchanging vows in 1996.
They began divorce proceedings in December 2007 only to officially end their separation four months later; and in April (09), the actor filed papers for a "legal separation", just days before the couple's 13th wedding anniversary.
He reportedly dismissed the bid in May (09).
According to People.com, Wright Penn is now officially calling it quits, and filed court documents of her own on 12 August (09).
The actress hinted at an impending split in a new interview with More magazine, insisting she had no plans to reconcile with her husband.
She explained, "I hit that crossroad a while ago. For Robin, the 'I know what I don’t want' was flashing in neon lights. I have no regrets. I, we, have two amazing children we raised together."
