WOOD TO HEAD ROCK 'N' ROLL FANTASY CAMP
LATEST: ROLLING STONE RONNIE WOOD will act as band leader when leading veteran rockers unite to offer Britain's first rock 'n' roll fantasy camp in May (07).
The guitarist will take charge of SPENCER DAVIS, CREAM bassist JACK BRUCE and PROCOL HARUM singer GARY BROOKER when they tutor rich fans during a six-day course on how to become a rock star.
Students paying GBP9,000 ($17,550) will be treated to a host of events including a recording session at London's famous Abbey Road studios and a gig at Liverpool's legendary Cavern Club.
Students will eat and drink with the rockers after days spent practicing songwriting with Davis and learning to play bass with Bruce. ROGER DALTREY will also visit the camp if he can take a break from his tour commitments with THE WHO.
