WOOD PLANS ‘PEACE SUMMIT’ WITH ESTRANGED WIFE TO REACH DIVORCE SETTLEMENT

ROLLING STONE rocker RONNIE WOOD will meet up with his estranged wife JO next week (begs06Oct08) for the first time since leaving her for his Russian lover - in a bid to thrash out a divorce deal.
The 61-year-old walked out on his wife of 23 years this summer (08), after his affair with Ekaterina Ivanova, 20, was exposed in June (08).
Last month (Sep08), it emerged that Jo had begun to seek advice from lawyers about a possible divorce - a move which could land her a massive $92.5 million (GBP50 million) payout.
But according to Britain’s News of the World newspaper, Wood is desperate to settle out of court and is planning to meet up with Jo for a ‘peace summit’.
A source close to Wood says, “He is not quite rolling over in the settlement but is willing to give Jo pretty much anything she wants.”
