WOOD DIVORCE GRANTED

ROLLING STONE rocker RONNIE WOOD is officially single - his divorce from estranged wife JO has been granted by a London judge.
The veteran guitarist, 62, split from his wife in July last year (08), after his affair with young Russian waitress Ekaterina Ivanova was exposed.
Ex-model Jo Wood, 54, cited the star's admitted adultery as the reason for their break-up, although Ivanova was not named in the court documents.
The former couple's lawyers headed to the High Court's Family Division on behalf of their clients on Wednesday (11Nov09) to hear District Judge Anne Aitken declare a decree nisi, the first step in legally ending their 24-year marriage.
The divorce will become permanent in six weeks when a decree absolute is granted.
The Woods have two grown-up children together - daughter Leah and son Tyrone.
Jo is expected to be handed $10.4 million (£6.5 million) as part of their divorce settlement.
