Oscar winner REESE WITHERSPOON has branded BRITNEY SPEARS, LINDSAY LOHAN and PARIS HILTON bad role models for women.
The Walk The Line actress is angry the "sad and very strange" behaviour of the hellraising trio undoes the work of women from previous generations who fought against a male-dominated society.
She says, "We don't need to keep reading about female celebrities who are out there posing all the time and craving attention and exploiting the sex symbol stereotype.
"My mother and grandmother fought incredibly hard against a male establishment to become high achievers in their lives, and I think women should be able to be sexy and smart and successful - without being silly and aimless."

Reese Witherspoon you aren't better. At first you had a problem with a
paparazzi when you were with your children in a Disney Park. This paparazzi
(Tood Wallance) would be found dead in a Motel later!!! You have fail marriage.
And it seems like that you and Jake Gyllenhaal has fooled Ryan Phillipe long
time!!! You use the dress of Kirsten Dunst in Golden Globe and worse Jake
Gyllenhaal trained with Ryan Phillipe with the same coach... (I repeat again if
this gossip isn't true is a dirty joke). And this gossip is in magazine for
"young" people!!! Another thing... this film and others with war themes support
probably lobbies whose have interest to have profit with a long war against
muslims world!!! You must thing of that your ambition to win lot of money. Lot
of people can lose their life too!
