WITHERSPOON: 'I'LL BUY PHOENIX'S ALBUM'

REESE WITHERSPOON is supporting her WALK THE LINE co-star JOAQUIN PHOENIX's bid for music stardom - she can't wait to buy his debut album.
Phoenix recently revealed he had quit acting to become a rapper.
He has since made a string of bizarre public appearances, including two nightclub performances, the last of which ended with an angry confrontation with a heckler in Miami, Florida last month (11Mar09).
Phoenix has revealed it was his role as Johnny Cash in the 2005 movie which inspired him to learn the guitar and set him on the road to pursue a music career.
And Witherspoon is all for the transformation, telling Empire, "He's very musical obviously. He knows what he's doing.
"I'm not following his rap career but I'm sure his album, whenever it hits the stores, whenever it 'drops', I'm going to go pick it up."
