WINOKUR LANDS WEIGHT-LOSS DANCE SHOW

HAIRSPRAY star MARISSA JARET WINOKUR has signed on to host a new weightloss reality TV dancing show.
The curvy actress will lead a team of overweight contestants as they attempt to shuffle off extra weight on Oxygen network's new U.S. series, Dance Your A** Off.
And Winokur is convinced her stints in Tony-winning Broadway show Hairspray and U.S. TV dance competition Dancing With the Stars has prepared her well for the gig.
She tells the New York Post, "When I left Hairspray, I'd lost 60 pounds. When I did Dancing With the Stars I was a plus-size dancer who'd gotten down to the skinniest I ever was."
The summer show is scheduled to run from June (09).
