WINGER SUED OVER CAR CRASH
Actress DEBRA WINGER is facing legal action after she allegedly injured a man in a car accident last year (08).
Frank Pinto has accused the An Officer and a Gentleman star of causing him "serious injury" in December (08) after she collided with a Ford he was a passenger in while riding through Westchester, New York.
According to the New York Post, Pinto filed a $1 million (£663,000) lawsuit against Winger, the owner of her car, and the driver of the Ford on Tuesday (05May09) in Bronx Supreme Court.
