Amy Winehouse failed to show up to film her new video, costing Pinewood Studios £70,000.

According the Sun, crew members waited for her to arrive from 8am until 11pm, eventually abandoning their efforts and heading home.

"Her management were running around calling her, calling her husband and sent a car to her place," a source told the paper.

"She kept saying she would be there in a minute. Eventually the director sent everyone home. Overtime costs are massive."

The singer has hit headlines recently over her partying lifestyle and tempestuous relationship with husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

She was finally granted a visa to perform in the US this week, as officials were previously concerned about drug charges filed in Norway.
