WILL.I.AM: 'COLE'S SOLO RECORD WILL BE HUGE'
BLACK EYED PEAS rapper WILL.I.AM is predicting GIRLS ALOUD star CHERYL COLE will be a global success when she goes solo - and he's set to help her achieve it.
The hip-hop star recorded single Heartbreaker with the British singer last year (08), and the pair has been working on a string of tracks for her debut solo album since.
The Black Eyed Peas artist is so determined to help Cole make it big when she releases the disc next year (10) that he saved a song especially for her.
He says, "We started off with a really mega tune and now the bar is set high. Cheryl is a sweetheart. We did this one song and it was 'Wow!' I didn't want to play it for anybody because they would have said, 'Why don't we do that song?' It's a big, big record. It's a beautiful song and she sang it great."
