British royal PRINCESS BEATRICE is dismayed after learning a list of family members will be unable to attend her 18th birthday party tomorrow (15JUL06). The heir to the British throne, PRINCE CHARLES, and his wife CAMILLA, DUCHESS OF CORNWALL had already indicated they had prior engagements. The teenage daughter of PRINCE ANDREW and SARAH FERGUSON will also be saddened that her cousins PRINCE WILLIAM and PRINCE HARRY can't make it to the spectacular celebrations at Windsor Castle, England. An insider tells British newspaper the Daily Mail, "Prince Andrew is a bit fed up the boys won't be there. It's bad form really, you expect the whole family to be on show at these dos."

Family comes before all. I had the impression that the Princes Wiliam and Harry
were in a better position than anybody to understand this. guess I was wrong!
