BLACK EYED PEAS manager POLO MOLINA faces jail for lashing out at celebrity blogger PEREZ HILTON - because he's on probation for a drink driving crime.
Molina turned himself in to police in Toronto, Canada after his Sunday night (21Jun09) clash with Hilton at the MuchMusic Awards.
He was charged with assault after allegedly punching the blogger during a verbal confrontation over remarks Hilton had made about Peas star Fergie and the band's new record The E.N.D.
And TMZ.com has uncovered a previous drink driving arrest that could come back to haunt Molina.
The manager was busted for a DUI in Orange County, California in 2006, convicted in April, 2007 and placed on three years probation.
If authorities declare the fight with Hilton violated the terms of his probation, Molina could serve up to six months in jail.
