NAOMI WATTS has been named the most profitable actress in Hollywood.
The 41 year old has topped Forbes magazine's new rundown of the famous females who pull in the most box office bucks for producers, financiers and studio executives, netting movie bosses an estimated $44 (£29) for every $1 (66 pence) she was paid for her last three major films.
Jennifer Connelly came in second place, earning $41 (£27) for every $1 she received, while The Notebook star Rachel MCAdams made $30 (£20) for every $1.
Rounding out the top five are Natalie Portman and Meryl Streep, while Jennifer Aniston, Halle Berry, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Hilary Swank complete the list's top 10.
