WARWICK BLAMES UNPAID TAXES ON NEGLIGENT ADVICE

LATEST: Singer DIONNE WARWICK has blamed her negligent business managers for her new tax woes. The soul star has learned she owes nearly $2.67 million (GBP1.34 million) in California back taxes and now appears among 250 people, including O.J. Simpson, who have been named and shamed online by the state's tax board. But Warwick insists her unpaid tax situation isn't all her fault. In a statement issued to website TMZ.com, her representative says, "Ms. Warwick is aware of the tax situation which resulted from the negligence of previous business advisers. "She and her current business management team are now working with the state of California to resolve and settle the matter with the FTB (Franchise Tax Board."
