British actress JULIE WALTERS has a fear of the gym and finds strenuous workouts "soul destroying". But the Billy Elliott star admits she manages to keep in shape by walking her dogs - and worrying about her acting roles. She says, "I do not do workouts. The thought of just going to the gym is soul-destroying. "But I walk everywhere and we have dogs. And every time I work, I get thinner. You can see pictures of me when I start, quite fat, but I must worry it off with stress."
