WALSH BLAMES SPICE GIRLS FOR BOYZONE REUNION DELAY
Pop mogul LOUIS WALSH has blamed the SPICE GIRLS for delaying a reunion of 1990s pop act BOYZONE.
The music impresario - who was formerly manager of the Irish boy band - insists the Spice Girls' announcement on Thursday (28Jun07) of their plans to reform has jeopardised a reunion between bandmates Ronan Keating, Stephen Gately, Mikey Green, Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy.
And Walsh admits Boyzone will have to wait to get back together thanks to the feisty female five-piece.
He says, "The Spice Girls pipped us to the post by announcing they are getting back together."
