VINCENT SUES KISS OVER ILLEGAL IMAGE USE
Former KISS star VINNIE VINCENT is suing the band for reportedly using his image without permission.
Vincent claims his image was used in Kiss' Kissology: Volume 2 1978-1992 box set and again as part of an episode of bass player Gene Simmons' reality TV show Gene Simmons Family Jewels.
Vincent, real name Vincent Cusano, was a member of the band from 1982 to 1984. He is seeking unspecified damages, according to TMZ.com.
