Late comedian PETER SELLERS' daughter VICTORIA was arrested in Hollywood yesterday (02OCT06) on immigration violations and is set to be deported to Britain. The actress, 41, is currently in an Orange County, California, detention centre following her arrest at a Hollywood apartment, federal authorities have confirmed. JIM HAYES, a field office director for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, says, "She was very calm. She gave no resistance." Victoria, daughter of former BOND girl BRITT EKLAND, was a permanent resident in the United States until April 2002, until an immigration judge ordered her deportation due to a previous criminal conviction. Hayes confirms Victoria has spent the past four years living as an illegal immigrant in the US. In the 1990s, Victoria was sentenced to 13 days in jail for receiving stolen jewellery and spent another 120 days behind bars for drug-related charges.
