VAN OUTEN + BUSH SIGN UP FOR GREASE TALENT CONTEST

West End star DENISE VAN OUTEN will join US TV presenter BILLY BUSH to co-host the reality TV series aimed at finding the stars of a new GREASE musical. Based on Britain's hit TV contest HOW DO YOU SOLVE A PROBLEM LIKE MARIA? which saw wannabe CONNIE FISHER land the role of MARIA in a revival of musical THE SOUND OF MUSIC, the new US show will set out to discover new talent to portray DANNY ZUKO and SANDY DUMBROVSKI in the upcoming Broadway revival of Grease. The new show, which will air next year (07), will be called YOU'RE THE ONE THAT I WANT.
