VAN HALEN frontman EDDIE VAN HALEN is set to marry his girlfriend JANIE LISZEWSKI, after he proposed to her over the summer (04Aug08).
The rocker asked Liszewski, who is also his manager, to marry him in a private room at exclusive jewellers Tiffany's.
The guitarist dropped to one knee to pop the question and the pair is set to wed next June (09).
A source tells People.com, "They are happy, healthy, very much in love and looking forward to living life together forever. They are devoted to each other and to experiencing life in a whole new, positive and passionate way."
It will be Van Halen's second marriage - he was married to Valerie Bertinelli and has a 17-year-old son, Wolfgang, with the actress.
