Actor-turned-restaurateur WILMER VALDERRAMA will use his South American roots to influence the food at his new Las Vegas steakhouse. Valderrama opens the doors to his restaurant The Company at the Luxor hotel and casino with stars Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton later this year (07).
