U2 BELIEVE IN FATHER CHRISTMAS
U2 have given fans a little early Christmas gift by covering GREG LAKE's festive tune I BELIEVE IN FATHER CHRISTMAS for a new online charity venture.
The track is among the first to be offered to subscribers to frontman Bono's new digital magazine RED(WIRE), which launched on Monday (01Dec08) to coincide with World Aids Day.
The Irish rockers have even recorded a video to accompany the tune.
Cash raised from subscriptions to the weekly online magazine will benefit people living with HIV in Africa.
