TYLER'S SUIT AGAINST BLOGGERS DISMISSED

AEROSMITH rocker STEVEN TYLER's lawsuit against the anonymous bloggers making his life hell has been dismissed because the singer can't name names.
Tyler alleged the bloggers impersonated him online, disclosed private facts and made false statements about him and his family and friends.
But, in court in Los Angeles on Friday (22May09), Superior Court Judge Jane Johnson dismissed the suit without prejudice, explaining the case can be revisited if Tyler can track down the bloggers.
The rocker filed the suit as a reaction to hurtful online comments made about his late mother.
