TWO PRINCES AIM FOR 'BIGGEST SHOW POSSIBLE'

Princes William and Harry are reportedly determined to make the memorial concert for their mother's death the biggest event possible – and are targeting US stars to gain maximum appeal.

The show, which will mark ten years since Princess Diana's death in Paris, is already set to be a huge event, with TAKE THAT, ELTON JOHN, ROD STEWART, BRYAN ADAMS and many other top names among those who are confirming their attendance.

However, the princes want the show to be as big as Live 8, meaning they need to attract a huge US audience. And for that, they need big US music names, such as BEYONCE, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and, especially, former BEATLE PAUL MCCARTNEY.

And the two princes are keen to have McCartney front some kind of "super band", consisting of several huge artists.

A source told the Mirror: "As far as they're concerned, Macca [McCartney] would be the icing on the cake. He met their mum many times and is a living legend.

"He's been approached to do it and talks are still going on. It's being suggested he do something special, such as leading a supergroup, like he did with Bono to kick off Live 8."
