TWEEDY SUED BY FORMER BANDMATE

WILCO frontman JEFF TWEEDY is facing a legal battle with former bandmate JAY BENNETT over allegations of unpaid royalties.
Bennett, who played a number of instruments on the band's first three albums, claims he is still owed money from his time in the group and from his appearance in a documentary about Wilco.
He is seeking $50,000 (£33,650) in damages. Tweedy has yet to respond to the lawsuit, reports CMU Music.
