TV BOSSES SUE REALITY TV STAR FOR TALKING TO NEWS SHOWS

America's TLC network TV bosses have launched legal action against the star of their hit reality show JON & KATE PLUS 8 for breach of contract.
In the lawsuit, filed in Maryland on Friday (16Oct09), the TV executives charge Jon Gosselin with failing to meet the obligations of his contract as an exclusive employee.
They claim that following his much-publicised split from his wife Kate, Gosselin has appeared on news and lifestyle shows for pay and made unauthorised disclosures about his TLC series, which will end next month (Nov09).
Gosselin has starred opposite his wife and their eight kids in the reality show for the past two years.
The couple is currently in the middle of a messy divorce and Gosselin recently appeared on news shows calling for his children to be pulled from the series.
