TUCKER FINDS UNLIKELY FAN IN CLINTON
Comedian CHRIS TUCKER has found an unlikely fan in BILL CLINTON - after impressing the former U.S. president by mimicking him.
The Rush Hour star met the former U.S. president on a visit to Africa, and soon won him over by copying his voice.
And Tucker admits even the then president of Nigeria was wowed by the impression, branding him "very funny".
He says, "I started imitating him on a trip to Africa. He liked it so much, he made me do it in every country we went to.
"He was like, 'Tucker! Tucker! Come over here, Tucker! Do that impression for (Nigerian leader) President Olusegun Obasanjo!' So here is the president of Nigeria and his delegation - the heads of his army, everybody - watching me (impersonate Clinton), 'I'm absolutely honoured to be here in your country.'
"The president of Nigeria is looking at me, and then he smiles. 'That's very funny! Very funny! What a funny guy!' "
