TRAVOLTA DANCES AT THE OSCARS, LEAVES HIS LANDING LIGHTS ON
JOHN TRAVOLTA lived up to his waltzing promise at the Academy Awards on Sunday (24Feb08) when he briefly danced to the Kodak Theatre podium to announce the Best Song Oscar with a member of the troupe which took to the floor for the performance of SO CLOSE from family film ENCHANTED. Celebrity pilot Travolta then took part in one of the night's comic moments when he was admonished by Oscars host Jon Stewart for leaving his Boeing 707 landing lights on . The Pulp Fiction star dashed across the stage to collect the keys for his plane, as Stewart joked, "Move it, move it," adding, "Don't worry, it's a hybrid."
