Veteran rocker PETE TOWNSHEND is convinced his pet dogs talk to him - and even predict the weather. The MY GENERATION star, who is set to rock England's Glastonbury Festival in June (07) with bandmate ROGER DALTREY, claims his pooches warned him snow was coming this week (begs22JAN07). He says, "I believe my dogs talk to me. One of my dogs told me that it was going to snow."
