TOMMY LEE PILOT STRIPPED OF HIS LICENSE

Rocker TOMMY LEE's helicopter pilot has been stripped of his license to fly after video footage of him receiving oral sex while at the controls leaked online.
David Martz hit the headlines at the beginning of February (09) when authorities demanded he land his helicopter in Glendale, California after an erratic flying session with Lee onboard.
Lee insisted his pilot was just following orders - the rocker had told him to get as close as he could to a building fire.
But the incident was the beginning of the end for Martz - after TMZ.com obtained footage of the fun-loving pilot engaged in a sexual act while in the air.
Federal Aviation Administration officials have issued an "emergency revocation" of Martz's license. They reached the decision based on video that, "showed Martz receiving oral sex while flying his helicopter over San Diego".
The pilot is appealing the decision.
