Veteran crooner SIR TOM JONES has been forced to cancel two concerts on the French Riviera after suffering from a serious chest infection. The 66-year-old Welsh star was due to perform two dates in Monte Carlo, Monaco, alongside stars such as STING and PAUL ANKA. A spokesman says, "Sir Tom is suffering from a serious chest infection and has pulled out of the concerts." Jones was also forced to cancel concert dates in Atlantic City, New Jersey last month (JUL06) after getting an infection of his vocal cords.
