TOBEY MAGUIRE'S WIFE GIVES BIRTH TO COUPLE'S SECOND CHILD

Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire has become a father for the second time after his wife gave birth to a baby boy earlier today.

Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer, 31, already have a two-year-old daughter Ruby Sweetheart.

The 33-year-old actor's representative told media: "I can confirm the Maguires had a baby boy today and the family is healthy and happy."

The couple are yet to name the child.

Maguire shot to fame in 2002 as Peter Parker in the Spider-Man series which has broken box office records around the world.

He has starred in three instalments of the film so far and is rumoured to be considered a further two outings as the superhero.
