TNT TO AIR ALL 13 EPISODES OF SOUTHLAND

It is now official The TNT channel has picked up Southland , the NBC show that initially drew solid ratings and reviews when it replaced E.R. last season, then was dumped when the Jay Leno Show took over the 10 00 p.m. time period on weekdays. The channel plans to air the seven episodes that NBC already broadcast last season plus six unaired episodes that had been produced for this season before producers received their cancellation notice. If ratings warrant, Warner Bros. said that the producers will return to the studio to churn out new episodes. The show will air at 10 00 p.m. on Tuesdays starting January 12 -- opposite Jay Leno.
