TITO JACKSON FACES LEGAL ACTION OVER LOAN
MICHAEL JACKSON's brother TITO has taken a hit from a British martial arts teacher, who claims the pop star owes him thousands.
Matt Fiddes claims he gave the Jackson 5 star almost $40,000 (GBP20,000) earlier this year (08) so the musician could afford to cover a family trip to England to look at potential properties.
Now Devon-based Fiddes is suing Jackson for almost $25,000 (GBP12,500), claiming the star hasn't paid the loan back, according to TMZ.com.
