TIMBERLAKE HOOKS UP WITH MYERS

Pop star Justin Timberlake has signed up to feature in a new comedy film with Shrek co-star Mike Myers.

Called The Love Guru, Timberlake and Myers will be joined by Fantastic Four star Jessica Alba and Blades of Glory actor Romany Malco.

Timberlake will play a professional ice hockey player dating the former wife of another player from a rival team.

Myers stars as a man brought up by gurus who now works in the US as a marriage councillor.

The actor who plays Mini Me in the Austin Powers trilogy, Verne Troyer, is also set to feature in the new movie.

Timberlake has moved into films in the past two years, notably winning critical acclaim for his role in Alpha Dog.

He has also scooped a clutch of MTV Video Music awards this year, including best male artists after releasing his latest solo album Future Sex/Love.

His role in the animated film Shrek the Third as Artie saw him on the run from the loveable ogre.
