Previously unseen artwork from the creators of the hit TV show THUNDERBIRDS fetched thousands of pounds at a London auction yesterday (22NOV06). Designs created by special effects expert DEREK MEDDINGS for GERRY ANDERSON's puppet-based show were the biggest attractions up for sale. The original concept design for the Thunderbird 3 rocket was the highest selling lot, fetching GBP6,000 ($10,800).
