THERON INSPIRED BY 'SURVIVOR' TAYLOR

CHARLIZE THERON has named Hollywood legend DAME ELIZABETH TAYLOR as her greatest inspiration - because the veteran actress is a "survivor".
The Oscar-winner was delighted to finally meet her idol at a recent dinner party, and found herself even more enamoured with Taylor, 77, after their brief chat.
She says, "I said to her, 'I just think you're so incredible and I'm so honoured to meet you because you're an amazing woman.'
"She turned to me and said, 'I'm just a survivor, darling.' I loved that moment because that's what we're all trying to do.
"Some of us are blessed with not having a lot of turmoil in our lives, but at the end of the day, our nature is to survive and that's what we do."
