THEATREGOER FALLS ILL AT MIRREN'S PLAY

DAME HELEN MIRREN was forced to halt a live performance of PHEDRE after an audience member fell ill.
The veteran actress is currently starring alongside Dominic Cooper in a version of Racine's classic tragedy at the National Theatre in London.
But the drama transferred from the stage to the stalls on Wednesday (10Jun09) after a woman became sick, prompting a fellow theatregoer to cry out, "Is there a doctor in the house?"
The show went on for consummate professional Mirren once the ill reveller had received medical attention.
