THE SPECIALS CALL OFF FIRST LONDON COMEBACK SHOW

Reunited British ska group THE SPECIALS have postponed the opening night of a five-night run at London's Brixton Academy to allow singer TERRY HALL time to fully recover from a throat infection.
The Too Much Too Young hitmakers reformed last year (08) and their official London comeback shows were scheduled to begin on Wednesday night (06May09).
But Hall has been ordered to rest an extra day, prompting the band to reschedule tonight's concert to 16 May.
A statement from the group reads, "(We're) optimistic that the remaining shows at Brixton Academy will go ahead as planned."
The act is due to play the venue on 7, 8, 11 and 12 May.
The ska band performed together for the first time since their 1981 split at the Bestival music festival in the U.K. in September (08), and they are currently in the middle of a U.K. tour.
