THE SOFT PACK CANCEL GIGS OVER BRONCHITIS

American rockers THE SOFT PACK have cancelled two gigs in the U.K. after guitarist MATTY MCLOUGHLIN was diagnosed with bronchitis.
The band was due to perform in Glasgow, Scotland on Tuesday (03Nov09) and Manchester, England on Wednesday (04Nov09), but tour managers have pulled the plug on doctor's orders.
MCLoughlin is in good company on the sick list - Sir Elton John is currently battling the E.coli virus and Rod Stewart is recovering from a bout of laryngitis.
It's hoped the group, in Europe promoting its new single Answer To Yourself, will return to the stage in London on Thursday (05Nov09).
