THE SHIELD WORKER SUES

A man working on U.S. show THE SHIELD is demanding $3 million (£2 million) after he was injured while preparing a scene for the hit cop series.
The unnamed male was working in a Los Angeles building when he claims he fell through a glass ceiling which was designed to look like wood.
In a lawsuit filed last week (beg10Aug09), he alleges he fell 14 feet (4.3 metres) onto a concrete slab and suffered "back, neck and head injuries, as well as hundreds of lacerations over his entire body."
He is seeking $3 million damages from the owners of the property, according to TMZ.com.
