THE GAME SUED BY COUSIN

THE GAME is facing legal action from his cousin who alleges the rapper assaulted him at his sister's funeral last year (08).
The star - real name Jayceon Taylor - clashed with his relatives over funeral costs at the service for Shannon Johnson in July (08).
He was later arrested and charged with criminal battery after Robert 'Kirky' Kirkwood filed a police report accusing the star of punching him.
Taylor was ordered to attend 36 anger management meetings or face a stint in jail - and now Kirkwood has filed a lawsuit against his cousin and four others over the incident, according to TMZ.com.
In papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kirkwood alleges he suffered "severe and permanent injuries" during the alleged fight.
He is seeking compensation to cover medical expenses, loss of income and general damages.
