EUROPE frontman JOEY TEMPEST has become a first-time dad after his wife LISA gave birth to baby JAMES JOAKIM on Friday (12Oct07). The Final Countdown rocker's baby boy was born at a hospital in London, where the Swedish star - real name Rolf Magnus Joakim Larsson - now lives.
