TEST ICICLES SINGER AND WHIRLWIND HEAT TEAM UP

Former TEST ICICLES frontman DEVONTE HYNES has formed a new band with cult rockers WHIRLWIND HEAT. LIGHTSPEED HEAT features British Hynes and all three members of Whirlwind Heat, DAVID SWANSON, STEVE DAMASTRA II and BRAD HOLLAND. New track HOW DO YOU DO has yet to surface on the group's MySpace site, although it is available online at various sites. Prolific Hynes has also formed another band, NAKED BABES, since Test Icicles split earlier this year (06) citing tour exhaustion. He is joined in that group by TOM VEK and members of SEMIFINALISTS.
