TEEN CHARGED OVER LOHAN BURGLARY
The teenager accused of breaking into the Los Angeles homes of actresses LINDSAY LOHAN and AUDRINA PATRIDGE has been charged with burglary.
Nicholas Prugo, 18, was arrested in September (09) on suspicion of burglary in connection to Lohan's break-in in August (09).
He is also alleged to be behind a similar crime at The Hills star Patridge's house in February (09).
Both break-ins were caught on video surveillance footage and police filed felony charges against Prugo on Monday (19Oct09).
In legal papers filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, District Attorney Steve Cooley states, "Prugo... entered an inhabited dwelling house and trailer coach and inhabited portion of a building occupied by Lindsay Lohan, with the intent to commit larceny and any felony."
Prugo, who is free on $20,000 (£13,300) bail, is due in court to answer the charge on 11 November (09), reports TMZ.com.
Cops had named a second teenager wanted for questioning in connection to the two break-ins, but no other arrests were made.
