TAYMOR SHOCKED BY MANSON'S MUSICAL REQUEST
Award winning director JULIE TAYMOR was shocked when rocker MARILYN MANSON asked to appear in her new show, SPIDER-MAN: THE MUSICAL.
The Frida director, who brought Disney's The Lion King to Broadway, insists the singer is keen to appear in her forthcoming work because he was a big fan of her 2007 big-screen production Across The Universe.
Taymor says, "Marilyn asked me if he could have a part. The funny thing is, he really liked the music on my new movie."
