TAYLOR WEPT WITH JOY AT THIS IS IT SCREENING

Screen legend ELIZABETH TAYLOR has poured her heart out in an emotional tribute to her late pal MICHAEL JACKSON, hailing his concert rehearsal movie THIS IS IT as the "most brilliant piece of filmmaking" she has ever witnessed.
The movie veteran, a close friend of Jackson's, was one of the few people invited to watch a private screening of the highly-anticipated film at at MGM studios in Hollywood last week (18Oct09).
Reports suggested Taylor was blown away by the feature, which showcases the Thriller superstar's last rehearsals for his ill-fated comeback tour in the days before his death in June (09), and led an ovation as the credits rolled.
The actress claims she was "sworn to secrecy" following the screening, but has taken to her Twitter.com page to tell fans how the footage affected her - admitting she "wept from pure joy" as she saw Jackson perform for the last time.
And Taylor is adamant the film will go down in history, insisting This Is It should rake in a string of accolades.
On her blog, she writes, "I was honored with the great privilege of seeing This Is It last week. I was sworn to secrecy, but now I can let you know about it.
"It is the single most brilliant piece of filmmaking I have ever seen. It cements forever Michael's genius in every aspect of creativity
"I wept from pure joy at his God given gift. There will never, ever be the likes of him again
"And we have this piece of film to remind us forever and ever that once there was such a man. God kissed him. I truly believe this film should be nominated in every category conceivable."
