TAUTOU'S DOUBTS NEARLY LOST HER ACTING CAREER

French actress AUDREY TAUTOU almost missed out on a successful acting career - because her parents frowned upon the career choice when she was a teenager.
The Da Vinci Code star only started acting when she was studying for a degree in Literature at the Cours Florent college in Paris, France.
She says, "I never dared to say I wanted to be an actor; I thought it was a teenage sickness.
"My parents only let me do theatre because I was already at university."
